Recorded on August 4, 2011, after a 2-1/2 day trial, Judge Fasing realized he did not have jurisdiction regarding Larry Parr’ guardianship. He removed Patty Jones as conservator and denied the Motion to remove Barton Cox as guarding saying that THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE to support his removal.
